Plans and Credits
Last updated: 9 October 2026. This page is part of our Terms of Service.
1. Plans
Free. What you get: Starter Credits when you join; images up to 1080p and video at 480p; Use of your Sims: Personal, non-commercial use
Plus. What you get: A monthly Credit allowance; Use of your Sims: Commercial use
Pro. What you get: A larger monthly Credit allowance; Use of your Sims: Commercial use
Current prices, allowances and export options for each plan are shown in the app, and in the App Store and Google Play. What "commercial use" means is set out in section 8 of our Terms of Service.
2. Credit packs
2.1 On Plus or Pro you can buy extra Credits in packs in the app. The packs available to you and their prices are shown before you buy.
2.2 Credits you buy do not expire while your account is open.
3. How Credits work
3.1 Credits are used for rendering, generating assets and styled elements, and other features. The app shows how many Credits an action will use before you confirm it.
3.2 Your allowance and balance. A paid plan's Credit allowance is for each billing month and does not carry over to the next month. Starter Credits and Credits you buy do not expire while your account is open. When you spend Credits, your monthly allowance is used first.
3.3 Failed, blocked or cancelled actions. A render or generation that fails because of a problem on our side, or that our safety filters block, costs nothing. If you cancel one yourself, you are charged for the Credits it had already used.
3.4 No cash value. Credits are a licence to use features of the Services. They are not money, have no cash value, cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for cash, and are not your property. They are refundable only as set out in section 12 of our Terms of Service or where the law requires.
3.5 If your account closes. Unused Credits end when your account closes. If we close your account without you having broken our Terms, or we stop providing the Services, section 12.6 of our Terms of Service applies to purchased Credits.
