Who Simulon is for
Simulon is rated for ages 13 and over on the App Store. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian needs to agree to our Terms of Service for you, and they are responsible for any purchases.
How we check age
We do not ask for your date of birth.
Extra protection for teens
Everyone's content is private by default. If we know a user is under 18, for example because a parent has told us, we do not send them marketing based on their activity.
Safety tools for everyone
Report any shared content from the menu next to it.
Block a creator to stop seeing what they share with you by link.
Delete any of your content, or your whole account, at any time in settings.
Our Community Guidelines explain what is and is not allowed, and what happens when someone breaks the rules.
For parents and guardians
You can manage purchases with Apple's Ask to Buy or Google Play's family controls, and screen time with your device's parental controls.
If you believe a child under 13 is using Simulon, or you want to ask about your teen's account, email privacy@simulon.com. We will delete the account of a child under 13.

If you see something that puts someone at immediate risk, contact your local emergency services first, then report it to us.
